Standard Inspection

Our standard inspection service includes much more than the competition. We check for natural gas leaks around your appliances (furnace, water heater, stove, fireplace, etc.) AND we also check for Carbon Monoxide in the furnace plenum. Be sure to ask other inspectors if they provide these services. Most don't.

You will receive your personalized and customized home inspection report including annotated pictures embedded with your home inspection report and will typically receive it within 24 hours (usually the same day). One call to us is all you need to do. We will take care of all the other details including scheduling and confirming your home inspection.

Most conscientious home buyers select this inspection package since they desire the most knowledge before they purchase. We are also the only Wisconsin BBB Home Inspector serving the Sheboygan County Area. We will schedule the home inspection so you can meet me at the property to review the results on-site. I will take the extra time to explain the findings and also offer home maintenance suggestions that will help you maintain your home in the future. Please ask questions, our job is to help you!

We want to make your inspection very easy for you! Prices start at $329 for a single family home under 1,000 square feet and less than 50 years old. This is based on inspecting the entire home, one heating system, one water heater, one electrical service panel, one central air conditioning system, one fireplace, one garage, and one attic space. There are increases for each additional 500 square feet. Due to the time spent on the foundation and electrical system, there is up to a $75 increase on homes that are over 50 years old. Testing for Radon and Indoor Air Quality are also available for additional costs.

If there are additional units, outbuildings, remote service panels, heating systems, you will have the opportunity to choose if you want them inspected for very small additional charge on the day of inspection. Prices are subject to change so please give us a call or request a free quote on-line for firm pricing.
